
The Randolph County School System represented yesterday and today at the Latine Education Summit in Winston Salem.


Our Varsity Cougars Football team will travel to McMichael High School tonight to take on the Phoenix at 7:30pm. Here's some important information for anyone traveling to Mayodan this evening:
-ALL tickets will be sold at the door. Regular tickets are $8 and Senior Citizens are $4.
-Gates will open at 6:45.
-Weapon Scanners will be at both gates.
-No Re-Entry without purchasing another ticket.
-Clear Bag Policy (see graphic).


Test scores are becoming more important again in college admissions decisions, so we want our juniors and seniors to be actively thinking about taking and doing their best on these tests.
SWRHS gives the PSAT and Pre-ACT every fall to help students prepare for the SAT and ACT. We also give the ACT to all juniors each Spring. Please make sure you are taking advantage of the SAT and ACT preparation resources we have available to you!

SWRHS FCA wants to welcome you back to the 2024-2025 School Year with our 1st meeting of the year on Tuesday, Sept. 10 @7:15 in the gym lobby. There will be breakfast food and drinks to enjoy, followed by a message from a guest speaker.

Help spread extra rays of happiness to our SWR High School staff each month with a Sunshine Cart.
We are asking for businesses/families to sponsor a month. You can do anything from renting the coffee or Kona Ice trucks to buying baked goods/snacks to buying flowers. The possibilities are endless and everything is truly appreciated. You can do the shopping or I can with your donation. We advertise it on socials and on the actual cart/truck. We have September, October, November, December, January, February, March, May and June available.

CFNC's College Application Week will be October 21-27. Many colleges and universities in North Carolina let high school seniors apply for FREE if they use the College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC) website. This helps students save money and get support during the college application process.
